The house stands on a small lot leant towards the south, with a wide view of the town – the ground plan of the building fills the entire northern street part of the lot. The house is set on an original black-built large-size building so it has “inherited” large underground that can be used for the swimming pool in the future. On the flat roofs, the residential terraces, which enlarge the lot area, have been designed.
A simple form with as few means of expression as possible, almost without details and neutral in colors has been chosen to meet the client’s need for formal cleanness, simplicity, perhaps sterile hygienic character of surfaces, areas, furniture, illumination, but not of habitation.
